Who you are:

• No registration necessary
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
• 2 - 5 years local experience in similar projects  
• Competency in all aspects of the process from the comprehension of design intent and process through to documentation and completion
• Highly skilled in REVIT and AutoCAD 
• Residential and multi-residential experience advantageous
• Thorough knowledge of the BCA and Australian Standards
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage your own workload while coordinating with the project team to effectively deliver the deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients and consultants 
• A proactive positive and go-getting attitude

The role:

• Coordinate to take over projects from the DD phase onwards 
• Assist in the coordination of consultant work into documentation 
• Undertake documentation
• Ensure that design intent is maintained and coordinated accordingly
• Manage deadlines and keep abreast of project milestones
• Work through to deliver the projects including contract administration to handover
