The client is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team in the Washington D.C. Area. In the last 7 years the clients have added 2 new office locations in Baltimore & Prince Georges' County, celebrated 20+ employee promotions, and won two 2021 Engineering News Record (ENR) Best Project awards.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee the development of responses to RFQ / RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions. The Pursuits Coordinator will lead the strategy, coordination, writing, editing, layout, and production of qualifications packages and proposals. The Pursuits Coordinator?will not only provide support to the Marketing Director?for proposal coordination, but will aid in client-based event coordination, and social media accounts administration.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Director of Marketing, proactively assisting with all aspects.
- Help build mutually rewarding relationships with potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Oversee proposal preparations and provide coordination and assistance for proposal/pursuit marketing efforts across the DMV region
- Assist in day-to-day tactical marketing, content creation, and reporting.
- Lead the efforts in the planning, writing, and submission of award submittals and project proposals?
- Write, edit, and proof high-quality content to leverage for internal and external communications across print and digital platforms
Support the day-to-day marketing oversight of the company website using the CMS - keeping content relevant, current, and accurate
What You Bring to The Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- A minimum of 1 year Marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of InDesign?
- A working knowledge of the commercial construction industry
- Excellent persuasive written and verbal skills, ability to effectively communicate and present information and respond to questions from donors, groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Organized, with great attention to detail and thorough note taking.
- Ability to work well with coworkers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and designers.
