Maintenance Management System Technical Coordinator
Norwich

The client a major Oil & Gas operator are looking to add a Maintenance Management System Technical Coordinator to work from their head office in Norwich.
The client is a leading independent Oil & Gas Company operating in 14 countries across the globe. This opportunity is available in our UK subsidiary which manages onshore and offshore operations in the Southern North Sea. The clients success relies on a team of dedicated and innovative engineers and technicians who all share a willingness to think and act differently.
Reporting to the Optimisation & Rationalisation Manager this role will provide technical MMS (Maintenance Management System) support to the operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the interrogation, upkeep and improvement of the MMS data.
This is a Monday-Friday office-based role in Norwich however occasional site visits will be required to facilitate good communication between remote ops, maintenance & management teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• MMS - Maximo
o Asset register improvements
o Review, improve and align SNS maintenance tables
o Liaise with TA’s to ensure compliance with current legislation and guidance.
o Support planning department with Maximo related queries & activities.
o Focal point for all Maximo related PeMOC & P-Trac actions
• Reporting
o Site/Discipline specific KPIs
o Ad-Hoc reports
o Maintain and develop Dashboards (i.e PowerBi)
o Develop /improve maintenance performance monitoring
o KPI’s reports
o Identification of common device/system failures
• Optimisation
o Ensure a continual improvement process is adopted through close loop review of work executed.
o Review task frequencies based on legislation and failure rates
o Identify system and common device reliability issues though offshore RCA feedback.
o Highlight potential improvements to the current Maximo process and procedures.
• Projects & Decommissioning
o Implement End-of-life maintenance strategy on identified assets
o Support Optimisation projects through MMS updates
o Focal point for Maximo HAZOP action close out.
o Ensure the Asset register is maintained and up to date.
• Provide support for all maintenance related issues.
o General maintenance queries from Sites.
o HSE/BEIS/IVB related queries and concerns.
o As directed by the Optimisation manager.
o As required in support of Investigations, Incidents etc.
o As required though PeMoc and projects
• Maintain/update all maintenance related documents in SEMS
o Maintenance strategies.
o Planned maintenance tasks.
o Policy documents.
o Ensure all maintenance activity are kept in line with current legislation
Experience / Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Advanced skills in Maximo, oracle & SQL database management is essential. A good understanding of hydrocarbon plant equipment, systems & maintenance would be beneficial.
Personal Attributes:
The ideal candidate will be confident with decision making at their own level but understand when to involve management.
You will have the ability to interact across all levels.
You will have the ability to manage high workload & prioritise.
