This position is committed to providing excellent service to the Land and Division Order teams by managing a large volume of work; both paper and electronic, within a designated timeline for designated assets.
The position requires a high degree of self-direction and motivation, excellent verbal/written communication skills, organisation and prioritisation skills, strong Microsoft Office and computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare certified mailing and track receipt and responses for all Land communication including Well Proposals andAFE’s (Authority for Expenditure) for partner elections
· Create tasks to place Land mail in the workflow queue and distribute physical mail
· Calculate, request check and mail documents for county recording
· Distribute documents for signatures and notarise when needed
· Assist with Oklahoma Corporation Commission tracking
· Assist with Records Management projects
· Create and/or update Business Associates change of addresses
· Assist with special projects as needed
· Work toward continuous improvement of processes by finding efficiencies, making process suggestions, and eliminating opportunities for error

Minimum Requirements:
Degree: Bachelors preferred
Major: Business or Finance disciplines
Computer Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (advanced Word and Excel) are required. QuorumLand System and SAP preferred
Time Management: Strong competency to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at one time is required
Communication: Must possess excellent verbal/written communication, teamwork, planning, and organising skills
Experience: Minimum three (3) years of work experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred
