The client is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that provides a range of civil and structural engineering services to key clients. With a focus on approachable management with a mentoring support network, your professional development is key to the success of the business.

Due to the continued growth of our client's Broome office, they are looking for someone who is wanting to fast-track their career progression and looking for diversity in their role rather than being behind a desk.

Structural Engineer:
  • Successfully deliver projects from design and documentation through to completion on site, and determining construction methods, materials and quality standards, and drafting and interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures.
  • Deliver professional services ensuring that projects are delivered to programme, budget and to the highest quality standard.
  • Develop into client liaison and management including scoping, fee preparation, and ongoing management.
About you:
  • TAFE qualification or Associate Degree or similar equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working within an Australian consultancy environment is essential.
  • Strong communication and liaison abilities to engage with clients and other engineers.
  • Site experience is highly regarded.

Structural Modeller:

  • Ensuring high-quality design, documentation, technical reports and specifications.
  • Working Closely with clients, consultants, and the internal team for documentation or structural engineering projects.
About you:
  • TAFE qualification or Associate Degree or similar equivalent industry experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working within an Australian consultancy environment is essential.
  • Proficient in Revit is highly regarded but not essential. 
  • Knowledge of construction methods and BIM concepts.
  • Strong Mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
