HSR Labourer / Australia

The builder 
Working in Melbourne's Eastern, Western and Northern suburbs, the builder focusses on projects in the industrial sector, working on complex builds for national/global clients. 

The role 
Working as part of the site team the HSR labourer will manage all aspects of safety on site including: 

• Inductions of plant/personnel (Utilizing Hammertech) 
• SWMS reviews 
• Site walks, hazard ID and rectification 
• Reporting to site manager and HSE advisor on safety on site 
• Working with site manager to manage trades, form working relationships and coach/mentor workers on HSE 
• Ad hoc labouring as required to keep site tidy & safe
• Leading hand duties as required to direct labourers 

Remuneration
EBA based rates - Hourly rate + Overtime - Plenty of hours available 
Monday to Saturday based role 

Experience required 

• 2+ years in commercial construction as a Safety officer/Safety Labourer
• Cert IV OHS preferred 
• Trade background preferred 
• Additional construction high risk tickets highly advantageous.
