  • Identify, coordinate and lead closure of interfaces for North Field Expansion (NFE) Onshore EPC-2 Project.
  • Provide overall guidance and leadership with respect to the physical interfaces between NFE Onshore EPC-2 project and areas operated by by QatarGas Operating Companies (OPCO) such as: Common Lean LNG, RLTO and Common Sulfur Project (CSP), JBOG, etc.
  • Liaise within Qatargas groups (e.g. Operations Onshore and Operations Offshore, Terminals and Refining groups, Engineering and Projects, Commercial and Shipping, other QG Project Teams, Execution Planning and Services (EP&S) and Sub-surface groups) to facilitate and coordinate all NFE Onshore EPC-2 project Interface related activities.
    • Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
    • Must have 15 years minimum work experience as Interface Lead or Project Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry preferably LNG.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of production and project field experience in brownfield working environment with demonstrated supervisory skills
     

    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English at a high technical level. Able to write Technical reports in English.
    • Able to work in multicultural environment.
    • Knowledge of Industry accepted Project Management Systems
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with government agencies, contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of onshore facilities.
    • Minimum two (2) years Middle East experience
    • Valid Qatari Driving License (or eligible to apply)
    • Previous work experience with Qatargas Operations and / or QP is an advantage
    • Position initially will be in EPC 3Contractor’s Home Office with planned reporting location in Ras Laffan, Qatar after site office is established.
    • Frequent International travel may be required.
