•    Higher Technical Education
•    5-7 years Min Required in Oil & Gas/ Mining Processes
•    Safety procedures and requirements.
•    Flange connections diagrams and torque values.
•    Process basics; Pipeline pigging activities.  
•    Plant and off-plot facilities equipment.
•    IMPACT process (turnaround planning and carrying out in TCO).
•    Have general understanding of Project Management processes. 
•    Being able to read diagrams and schemes required for preparing the work for respective group/service.  
•    Have skills and knowledge to manage a team to ensure safe and efficient implementation of works. 
•    Methods to prepare and conduct meetings, conferences, and various presentations.   
•    Internal regulatory documents and instructions related to competency development.
•    Performance Management Process (PMP).
•    TCO Contractor HES Management Process (CHESM).
•    Diagrams and schemes required for preparation of work for respective group.
•    Have skills and knowledge to manage a team to ensure safe and efficient implementation of works.
•    Develop detailed action plan to fulfil the tasks
•    Collect, compile and structure the information
•    Develop solutions within job opportunities
•    Act independently with minimal supervision of work execution 
•    Assess his/her strengths and weaknesses
•    Take practical steps for self-development
•    Share experience and information with colleagues to achieve team goals  
•    Express his/her ideas clearly, precisely and in structured written and oral forms
