Sales Estimator - Residential / Australia

Role: 

• Accurately determine the quantities of labour and materials required for homes to go under construction
• Selection and placement of orders through allocated suppliers for homes
• Generation of ETS orders as requested
• Provide support as required to the Estimating Manager 
• Manage and respond to all internal and external queries

Requirements:

• Trade or tertiary qualifications within the Residential Building Industry
• Strong customer service focus
• High level of numeracy and computer usage skills (Estimating and Office applications)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
