Project Finance Manager (m/f/d) - Greece / Germany, Europe

The Project Finance Manager requires several years of experience, an academic degree, business fluent English and German/Hungarian language will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Arrange financing (debt and equity) with investors and banks
• Identify customers for our projects, negotiate and conclude agreements
• Create business opportunities including PPAs
• Analyse the offers received, create financing structures and set up cash flow models
• Support the project development activities of our team
• Structure portfolios of wind and solar projects
• Support the team in bidding processes

Qualifications

• An academic degree in Economics/Business Administration/Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in project finance or structured finance
• Strong analytic skills and good with numbers
• Preferably professional experience in structuring and negotiating financing and sales (EPC and/or SPA) contracts
• Business fluent in English, German and Hungarian language skills are of advantage
• Preferably you have gathered first experiences with renewable energy projects, or are interested in a career in the RE sector and are eager to learn
• Skillful negotiator, self-driven and open to new challenges
• Work independently, think entrepreneurial and are a team player
