TAX Free Contractual Job Opportunity has just been made available for an experienced Field Operations Lead to be based in Qatar by an oil and gas industry leader.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To guarantee the implementation of a quality policy ensuring the operability, maintainability, reliability and safety of the new production facilities.
- To ensure integration of the new equipment or facilities in the Al Shaheen Field.
- To cover all production related topics within projects, including process and flow assurance studies if any.
- Minimum education level: BSc in Engineering discipline
- Experience with Offshore Remote Not Normally Manned Wellhead Operations
- Experienced Working between Operations and EPCIC Contractors to optimise design with regard to Safety, Operability/Maintainability/Reliability and managing OPEX through Field Life
- Understanding of Production impacts/shortfalls and shutdown requirements for implementation of Projects
- Experience of/participation in HAZID, HAZOP, Risk Reviews
- Participation experience in 3D model reviews
- Understanding of Operability/Maintainability/Reliability
- Operations profile with Field experience and previous experience gained in Production Operations and Projects positions (5 to 10 years minimum). Knowledge of Al Shaheen Field preferred.
- Familiar with Production, Process and Flow Assurance Engineering.
- Familiar with company standards, MANASA and relevant codes and standards,
- Language: Fluent English,
- Computer literate
- Good communication and transverse skills,
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
- Good analytical skills,
- Available for frequent missions to EPCIC Contractor and Vendor sites
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET training.
