Must know:

- Express his thoughts clearly, definitely and in well structured manner in writing and verbally
Education: Higher education (liberal arts or technical)
Work Experience: At least 3 years
Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English
IT knowledge and skills: Microsoft Office competent user (Excel, Word), Power Point; knowledge of Ariba and JDE programs is a plus
Prepares new contracts using agreement template, ensures contracts execution (costs and schedule control – sending reports to contract holders).
Prepares and complies service orders, service agreements with contractors, construction agreements, etc, and all documents required for contracts approval, contract reviews, contracts status reports and memos to supervisors of all levels.
Prepares tender documentation (scope of work, terms of payment, etc.) for sending to potential contractors or suppliers.
Controls compliance with all requirements of the company policies, JV Formation Agreement and applicable legislation.
Coordinates the entire tender process (bids reception, sending confirmations and explanations to bidders, bids assessment, negotiations and sending tender results to participants).
Prepares changes to contracts and all documents required for changes to contracts approval, as necessary.
Maintains proper documentation and finalizes contract terms with contractors or suppliers.
Participates in contracts negotiation.
Ensures compliance with the set contracting policy and set procedures of work with contracts.
Prepares changes to contracts and all documents required for changes to contracts approval, as necessary. Ensures claim mitigation measures and backcharging process are in place.
Prepares contract close out documentation.
