Contributes to the systematic management of safety, environmental protection, health care, reliability and efficiency with the aim to achieve world-class performance to support company Operational Excellence Strategy. Supports by participating in Behavior Based Safety Program, Job Safety Analysis, Motor Vehicle Safety, Near-Miss Report etc. Timely completes all types of trainings on safety and passes all tests and examination intended for this position. Monitors the technical condition and safe operation of online analyzers and portable analyzers and takes measures to eliminate malfunctions. Provides technically competent operation of equipment, high-quality maintenance, timely PM, repair and replacement of faulty spare parts etc. Arranges and executes preventive maintenance works, repair and technical maintenance of online analyzers,chromotographs and associated equipment. Ensures timely verification and calibration of analyzers and chromotographs according to the schedule.  Keeps records of accepted and submitted work orders, verifies labor costs and arranges work execution. Input Changes in the E1 system.Provides full technical consultation to Metrology Engineers and  Production Operations, Process Engineering and other company technical disciplines on maintenance of online analyzers and chromotographs. Conducts analysis to verify if it is needed to submit a request for creating new/repair model work orders.  Timely informs his direct Supervisor, providing reliable information on the work progress and all incidents taken place at work area. Provides for the safe custody and proper utilization of equipment, tools and materials.  Ensure proper storage of instruments, spare parts and other equipment. Generates the list of required spare parts and standby reserves for analyzers and chromotographs in his responsible area. Makes proposals for the upgrade and replacement of obsolete equipment, develops lists of spare parts for online analyzers and chromotographs. Participates in the analysis of causes of equipment failure, conducts investigation using Why Tree form and suggest solutions. Processes and analyzes statistical data on the operation of analyzers and chromotographs, identifies gaps and takes measures to eliminate shortcomings. Participates in preparation of new projects, reviews and corrects project documentation at the preliminary project stage. Gives recommendations to Design Engineering Group to input changes. Arranges and executes works per job packs on new projects, production upgrade programs, MOC and Engineering Work Requests. Conducts acceptance of works on installation, commissioning, and prepares punchlists and acceptance documentation. Continuously improves his professional level. Masters new instruments and methods of measurement on his own, if training is not provided. Fulfills other duties on the direction of his direct supervisor and renders him every possible support. Assists and cooperates in all respects with representatives of other company departments.Provides assistance to Turnaround Group in verification of the scope of work on online analyzer and chromotographmaintenance.Coordinates work with other departments to ensure safe and efficient execution of work. Ensures control over the observance of the established requirements, company regulations, rules and standards. Manages MOC process and inputs changes. Fulfills the role of a PIC, WRP during gas hazardous works on maintenance of analyzers and chromotographs in various work locations. Provides assistance to Workshop Supervisor with training internship students and short-service employees. Ensures full and quality communication of information to his direct Supervisor. Provides assistance to Metrology Department with certification and timely delivery of calibrated gases. Participate in development of documentation and procedures on technical maintenance, repair and operation of analyzers and chromotographs. Inputs changes and additions to all types of work instructions and operating procedures. Provides full consultation to Analyzer Engineers on online quality analyzers and chromotographs installed in company facilities.  Conducts safety meetings in the field and within the group. Participates in safety audits, conducts safety briefings with work crews on safe work practices. Submits request to MPS Group on forming spare part reserves and ordering new instruments.  Contributes to saving cost center budget.  Participates in the development and execution of equipment modification to improve reliability of online analyzers, chromatographs and associated equipment. When needed, replaces his direct Supervisor accepting all his authorities. Inputs changes and additions to all types of work instructions and operating procedures.
