Deep Water Fluids and Cement Supervisor / Namibia

On behalf of a major operating company, we are hiring for a Fluids and Cement Superintendent for a offshore project in deep water environment – Based onshore in Namibia.
This will be a 4/4 rotation and the estimated overall duration is 6 months (minimum) starting June/July 2022Job dimension:

• Ensure the QA / QC of daily fluids reports, and cement job reports as well as track the associated operational costs.
• Ensure that cementing test procedures at the lab are as per all relevant standards.
• Manage indirectly the fluid supervisor on board the rig ensuring adjustment to mud properties as required, rig QAQC checks are done on mud, bulk and cement formulations….
• Responsible to track the product usage, LMP & Bulk status in the contractor’s base, on the vessels and on the rig
• Review and evaluate the service providers performance

Requirements:

• CV with minimum of 10 years’ experience in Deep Water and exploration well - WBM and NABM systems.
• It’s required that the Fluids and Cement Superintendent has a diploma (Bachelor or University diploma or Higher Technical diploma).
• IWCF “Updated” -> E.Learning Certification is not accepted.
• BOSIET (Opito) with Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS) Training.
• Medical certificate (less than 1 year) by an official organism (i.e: ISOS centre).
