The primary responsibility for this position is to analyze HPLP Project and base business schedules included in the Field Integrated Activity Plan (FIAP) to identify activities with a potential SIMOPS conflict. Represents HPLP Project at FDPP meetings and communicates SIMOPS requirements and changes in the schedule . Facilitates long term HPLP Project SIMOPS planning meetings where potential SIMOPS activities are evaluated and discussed and resolved.
Reports to Operations HPLP Project Support Supervisor.
Must be familiar with:
• Knowledge of HPLP Project commissioning planning and scheduling activities.
• Understands the job functions, roles and responsibilities of each position in his organization.
• Basic knowledge in ROK labor laws and regulations.
• Knowledgeable in project planning, and scheduling activities.
Must have the skills to:
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings and deliver reports to management.
• Plan, assess, organize and ensure quality and timely completion of the work
• Identify the key task objective, assess task importance, summarize appropriately
• Select and implement the best alternative solution
• Encourage initiative and exercise creative attitude to work
• Act on his/her own initiative
• Strive for continuous improvement
• Analyze subordinates’ needs and assist in developing specific skills
• Establish and maintain good working environment within the group
• Ensure that team members understand their personal and collective responsibility for quality completion of the assigned job tasks.
• Express ideas and communicate them to team members both verbally and in writing.
• Get on well with different types of individuals.
1. Higher Technical (preferably with a specialization in oil-and-gas industry
2. Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas industry
3. Kazakh, Russian, English
4. Advanced computer skills with MS Office applications and project planning tools.
