Contract: FIFO Administration Assistant / Perth

Location: This position is primarily Perth based with regular site visits to cover leave and add additional coverage where required.

Length of contract: The role will be for a 6 month contract initially

Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Hours: Up to 11 hour days per day 

Pay rate: Negotiable for the right candidate
 

Please note the successful candidate will have exposure to touchpoint to Turnaround and Maintenance within either the Mining or Oil & Gas industry.

They will also need to pass a site based medical as a pre-requisite to the role.

• IAM management

-           Mailboxes for event

-           Distribution list for event

 

• Meeting set up / coordination

-           Catering

-           Room booking

 

• Adhoc Admin duties

-           Asset Support

-           OAC Site Team Lead Support

-           Site leave coverage

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:


Top 3 Must have skills: 

Flexible & adaptable

Multi tasker

Experience managing a high volume workload
