About the role 
- 500 townhouse project, 200 townhouse project & 400 townhouse project 
- Managing 10-20 townhouses at any given time 
- Based at one site the whole time 
- Working with the Project Manager and Construction Manager on the project

Skills & experience 
- Background ideally in Medium density or experience in attached dwellings
- Ability to read and interpret medium density plans 
- Knowledge of OH&S standards and fire code regulations 
- Minimum of 1-2 + years experience in the residential construction space
