Essential:
Relevant site based industry experience.
Previous experience in a Supervisor role.
Experience of working in an onshore / offshore oil and gas market.
Familiar with PPU generic equipment.
Able to read P&IDs / Isometric drawings etc. for one or more discipline.
Preferred:
Desire to increase technical and management skills and move into a Project Engineer role.
Offshore experience.
Preferred:
Strong personal leadership.
Flexible attitude to working hours and shift patterns in order to get the job done.
Personal integrity that can be a role model for all other members of staff.
Essential:
Basic secondary education
Preferred:
College Diploma or higher
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment
 Apply EnerMech Group and where appropriate Client’s Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Procedures
Ensure that all Quality and operational procedures as identified in EnerMech QA Manuals are adhered to at all times.
Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures
Site based duties will entail managing a team of personnel performing rig up and operation of equipment and processes leading to a safe execution of the work.
Supporting the Project Engineer in the smooth running of the project by reporting any equipment and or client issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
Prepare and record all site paperwork for supply to client representative and for return to office.
Ensures shift hand-overs are completed safely and are documented.
Provide leadership onsite via a detailed technical understanding of Bolting services.
Responsible for safe and productive running of the shift.
Focal point for QHSE related matters on the project at shift level, reporting to the EnerMech Project Manager.
