Job Title: Remunration & Policy Advisor
Daily pay rate: approx $600 - $700 per day inclusive of 10.5% super
Length of Contract: 6 months
The role will be for 6 months initially to cover an extended annual leave. There is the potential for extension, however, at this stage our client can only offer a short contract.
Successful candidates will have adequate experience within the Human Resources space specifically around Remuneration, Benefits packages and global benchmarching.
About the Role:
The Remuneration and Policy team are responsible for delivering Remuneration and Policy solutions for our client, across all locations globally.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Some of the typical activities you will undertake in this position will include:
- Develop and implement HR policies and remuneration structures for the business, across multiple global jurisdictions
- Complete market benchmarking for all Woodside remuneration
- Coordinate company-wide remuneration reviews
- Coordinate the financial reward process ie performance based pay and spot bonus
- Coordinate the non-financial reward process ie service awards
- Coordinate yearly the promotion process
- Manage equity plans for all Woodside employees
- Maintain data integrity of employee data stored in our Employee Central system
- Support P&GC business partners with policy queries and application
- Support the Global Remuneration & Policy with all disclosure requirements
Skills & Experience:
A degree qualification in HR or related field would be preferred (but not essential)
You will have previous experience in benchmarking remuneration packages, across multiple global jurisdictions
Proficient in data analysis, excel, word and PowerPoint - the role will have a strong slant in data analysis and drawing conclusions from multiple data sources.
Candidates bringing a broader experience in HR policy and processes will set you on a path for success.
