Daily pay rate: approx $600 - $800 per day inclusive of 10.5% super

Role Description
This position will support the Business Operating Systems team in writing policies, standards, procedures, work instructions, processes and guidelines in the development of a Business Operating System for the Company,
with direction from the project team or SME’s.
Roles and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following):
- Create content for policies, standards, procedures, work instructions, processes and guidelines.
- Work with the project team and other key stakeholders to gather data for creation or revision of documentation.
- Research, formalize, adhere to, and coach others on industry standard writing styles and formatting protocols.
- Develop and maintain documentation hierarchy, content standards, formatting standards, and templates.
- Improve document usability through content structure, formatting, and proofreading.
- Ensure document control integrity with document revision history content and proper approval workflow routing.
- Ensure documented processes and methodologies meet quality requirements.
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements
- Extensive experience architecting complex documents and documentation sets, information design and structured authoring.
- Ability to take SIPOC-R (process objectives, steps, risks, controls) outputs and develop into procedures and standards.
- Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to learn complex concepts quickly and explain with clarity and technical accuracy.
- Ability to establish rapport and working relationships with a variety of personalities.
- Sound knowledge of technical writing fundamentals, industry standard writing styles and content organization.
- Experience with Document Control and/or Business Process Management methodologies and software.

- Fulfil Emergency Management roles as necessary and participate in emergency response exercises.
