Contract: Business Analyst (Intermediate) – Safety / Calgary

The client, a large Oil & Gas midstream company, is currently seeking a Business Analyst (Intermediate) – Safety, based out of Calgary AB. This is a long-term contract role, with possible extension, subject to start mid/end July and end July 4, 2023.  The schedule is Mon – Friday, 8 hrs, 40 hrs weekly. The office schedule right now is working 3 days office and optional 2 days work remote from home. 

DESCRIPTION & DUTIES:

Conducts own analysis to help the business function more effectively through analytics, Develops and writes business process spec or can plan, analyze business practice providing expertise to senior management. Can be a project lead and is involved in matters that could have strategic importance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Degree in relevant discipline Yes Experience
• 4-9 years
• 4 years
• Asset experience with; Power BI, Enablon, SAP, SharePoint Teams, and Advanced Excel
• H&S Certificate an asset and also previous H&S experience, however not necessary, as long as there is some interest to be within the health and safety environment
