Supervisor - Developments / Australia

The Company & Role:

Once the project is handed over (c12 months time) you will have the opportunity to move into more of a traditional roaming Supervisor role, or move onto a new development site. 

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of residential builds across the site to achieve construction deadlines by managing suppliers and contractors, compliance and safety of all workers.

• Understand relevant legislation including the Building Code of Australia and Workplace and Safety requirements
• Solid understanding of current OH&S legislation 
• Understand working drawings and site work requirements
• Competent with construction management software and use of an IPAD
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• An eye for quality and detail

About You:
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 12 months + experience as a Site Supervisor on residential homes
• Trade background or tertiary qualification
• Strong experience in OHS (Reviewing SWMS, Toolbox Talks, Safety Walks)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites 
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
