Systems Analyst (ERTM) / Singapore

The client is a global energy and technology company, operating at the intersection of renewable and conventional power.

You will be joining at an exciting time as the new ETRM landscape is currently being scoped so your input will be crucial in the success of the new platform.

Responsibilities

• Being the key contact for all global based initiatives whether BAU or projects.
• Stakeholder management of users from Front Office to Back Office.
• Acting as SME for designing and orchestrating Trailstone's ETRM Road Map and landscape strategy across the company.
• Managing L3 Production Support issues and be able to shift priorities at short notice
• Develop project plans, managing project scope, prioritizing requests and proactively resolving issues.
• Acts as the liaison between various IT functions and partners including internal IT system technical analysts, external vendors and offshore IT support teams in a cross-matrix organization to drive business results.
• Participate in project and change management of key IT and business initiatives in the Commodity Trading Space.
• Assist in active vendor management and ensure the operating support model of the related IT services are well within the agreed SLA metrics and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in a technical field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Systems.
• Experience in a techno functional environment.
• Extensive knowledge of energy trading and risk management (ETRM) Front to Back business processes including trade exchange integration, trade capture, trade valuation, confirmations, invoicing, and risk reporting.
• Skilled in turning business requirements into technical solutions.
• Continual engagement of trading end-users and champion new initiatives and projects to improve the work processes and systems capabilities of the CTRMS.
• IT Software Contract Administration and Vendor Management.
