• Actively participate in all HSE and Safety programs
o Must be able to enter observations into the BBS database and stay current on requirements
o Must stay current on all TCO required training
• Able to identify and accurately describe the requirements as well as know where to refer to supporting documentation for the following items:
o General work permits
o Special work activities:
? Working at heights
? Breathing air
? Confined space
? Open and non-open flame Hot work permits
? Excavation
? Lifting Operations
• Must know and be able to navigate to supporting documentation as well as provide needed changes and input (positive or constructive) to MSW:
o SI-105 – Permit to work
o SI – 106 Isolation of Hazardous Energy
o SI – 109 Hot Work Requirements
o SI – 110 Confined Space Entry Requirements
o SI – 111 Safe Performance of Gas Hazardous Work (BA)
o SI – 112 – Safe Excavation Practices
o SI – 119 – Lifting and Rigging Operations
o SI-152 – Working at heights
• Leading and Mentoring:
o To Analysts on the PTW process, as well as to SGP Operations, Maintenance and Project groups in the matters of permit to work process
o Providing guidance to SGP contractors ensuring knowledge and understanding of Permit to Work process requirements
o Willing to push back when needed in order to follow the process and guidelines
• Coordinating PTW as per company requirements:
o Issuing PTW for construction and Project groups, maintenance, SGP Operations team activities
• Input and management of permit database (MS Excel)
o Updating database to reflect work in progress and status of permits in use
o Manage Permit to Work Database including Battle Board/Scoring
o Reporting and correcting issues within database
• Quality review of permit submissions including document checks.
• Reviews hazards and controls, Permit Risk classification done by Permit Applicant and modifies or advises to modify where required.
• Mentor the Permit to work team for all necessary mandatory and selected training requirements. Provide training to the Permit to Work team.
• Prepare and participate with daily/weekly activity-planning meeting (TAPP)
• Responsible for check, register, issue label and create working folder for temporary containers and buildings
• Develop and monitor Permit to work process to identify opportunities to standardize and streamline the process with other operating groups
• Make changes to the procedure and flow chart as needed to stay accurate
• Responsible for generating PTW reports and communicating them to various work groups.
• Provide input on permit to work group for overall performance and areas of improvement.
• Be willing to help other operating areas or be flexible in schedule:
o During turnarounds
o When developing PTW process in new areas
o When needed to cover for other PTW coordinators or assistants

Higher Technical (preferably with a specialization in oil-and-gas industry)
2 Work experience

MS Office, ?-1, able to work with planning tools.
