Job Summary:
The recruitment and engagement senior specialist is responsible on the recruitment and employee engagement of the company under the direct supervision of HRD Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Recruitment:
- Follow up and audit implementation of the HR budget.
- To manage rolling recruitment campaigns.
- Review the recruitment channels regularly and ensure company has access to all the active and effective recruitment channels.
- Maintain records and track recruitment records and filing system and keep it up to date.
- Coordinate with the recruitment agencies for talent acquisition.
- Liaise with candidates regarding interview attendance and advise managers accordingly.
- Provide administrative support to all recruitment and selection activities within the team, including honorary contracts and clinical observers.
- To create new vacancies and put vacancies out to advert as and when appropriate.
- Responsible for coordinating the launch of each new recruitment cycle -gaining appropriate approvals and advertising.
- Screening candidates and performing face to face and telephone interviews.
- Manage and liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment period.
- Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers and assisting with queries throughout the recruitment process.
- Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.
- Assist research and work with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as project point person on specific segments of employee engagement programs to ensure all engagement programs are successfully implemented.
- In collaboration with Communications and Marketing, designs regular employee engagement materials and packages.
- Assist with employee satisfaction surveys, analyze working environment improvement needs.
- Assists in designing and implementing rewards and recognition programs.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management or Similar field.
- 3 years of similar work experience.
- Excellent command of English, Kurdish and Arabic languages.
- Professional and confident approach to working relationships.
- High level of organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Proven experience of recruitment.
- Experience of managing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and to deal with ambiguity.
- Proven organizational skills – be willing to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced challenging environment.
