• Maintain Vehicle list for refinery
• Rental analysis for M&R org
• SMI updates and creation

F. Expectations for interactions and communications
• The TPSP for DL- Project Coordinator is expected to be fully integrated into the Routine Maintenance Team program and process to deliver a self-sufficient and independent resource who operates with little interventions except for the required approvals, adjustments, and clarifications.
G. KPI’s service deliverables
• Rental and Vehicle KPIs
H. TPSP Management/Supervision expectations
• The resource should be able to perform the required tasks independently and with minimal TPSP management intervention
• TPSP will be required to provide assistance for KPI tracking and reporting, conveying information as required to the team, provide team with all required TPSP management requirements.
• TPSP must provide all reporting and communications to BP as required to work towards continuous improvement of routine maintenance.

I. Minimum requirement for TPSP PE Resources

• Must be very well-organized and methodical.
• Familiar with navigating large organizations to accomplish activities.
• Whiting Refinery experience a significant plus.
• SAP experience
