The role will see you working for an established Residential & Commercial builder, operating across a variety of build styles and values. Established in 2001 they progressively grown to be a well respected brand in the Perth built environment, whether its a residential home, medium density development or a commercial project, their approach is centered around quality 

On a daily basis you will be challenged and inspired while collaborating with like-minded colleagues to create exceptional builds for their clients in a team friendly environment.


The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within an estimating/scheduling role
• Proficient in Excel, Planswift, Databuild or Beams
• WA Residential construction knowledge
• High level of Organisational and Time Management skills
• Willingness to work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Ability to work as a team as well as individually
• A proactive mindset with the enthusiasm & passion to want to learn and improve is essential
