We are representing the client who is one of the biggest fintech companies in the industry to identify a Chief Compliance Officer for their evergrowing business.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive framework for regulatory compliance
Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly
Coordinate regulatory examinations & internal and external audits
Provide oversight on all compliance matters
Actively engage with and act as the point of contact for regulators, auditors, and regulatory partners and their representatives

Requirements:

At least 9 years of relevant experience in risk and/or compliance operations/regulatory compliance
Experience working with MAS
Strong team player who is highly motivated, independent and with strong interpersonal skills
The ability to build relationships effectively at all levels to influence and deliver outcomes across the organisation specific to the Compliance
Deep understanding of MAS, SFA and FAA requirements
