The client is looking for a hungry Junior PM, or Project Manager to join their already great team.  They will provide plenty of support, and career progression opportunities for people who are willing to buy in to what they are trying to achieve.


Roles and Responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:

• Preparation of the project schedule
• Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule
• Control and monitor labour, material and equipment expenses
• Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, and project costs
• Coordinate work of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects
• Plan, implement, track and handover of construction projects
• Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced
• Foster positive relationship with stakeholders
• Conducts project/site meetings

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:

• Experience managing fit out projects on the contractor side
• Client facing with a proven track record in working well under pressure
• Sound knowledge of the VIC construction market including sub-contractors etc
• Ability to lead and performance manage fit out projects up to 1 million dollars
