The client is a leading Western Australian organisation with a strong local presence and an impressive portfolio of projects. Following some continued success, they are now seeking a Social Performance Senior Advisor to play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s Social Performance Management System.
As a Social Performance Senior Advisor, you will report directly to corporate Affairs Manager. This is a critical role to assist in identifying and managing key social risks and opportunities as well as building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and community to support the business’s strategic objectives.

Following some continued success, they are now seeking a Social Performance Senior Advisor to play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s Social Performance Management System.
As a Social Performance Senior Advisor, you will report directly to corporate Affairs Manager. This is a critical role to assist in identifying and managing key social risks and opportunities as well as building & maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and community to support the business’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist in developing and implementing annual social risk assessments for Australian Locations
- Provide support in commissioning/delivering fit-for- purpose socio-economic knowledge baseline
- Assist with Social impact assessment for Australian locations
- Conduct and action gap analysis for Australian location against the organisation’s Social Performance Management Standard requirements
- Assist in community and stakeholder perception surveys
- Qualified in sustainability, community relations, law, social performance, or related fields
- Extensive experience in social performance and/or community relations
- Ability to influence outcomes and pass on complex issues across a range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Knowledge of economic, industry and environmental policy
- Strong Project Management experience
