On behalf of a major a major operating client - we are searching for a WORKDAY Specialist - Procurement/Contract to join them in their Dar es Salaam office.

Role:

Review WORKDAY Procurement Workbooks, ensure definition and seamless implementation (adapting parameters if necessary)
Participate actively in WORKDAY ERP testing (E2E) and propose solutions to potential issues
Participate actively in WORKDAY ERP Gold build and ensure perfect data conversion, migration, and integration
Liaise actively with WORKDAY Test Leader and with WORKDAY Consultants
Provide WORKDAY training and knowledge transfer to C&P Team (C&P Manager, Methods and Contract Engineers) and assist them actively in the construction of their Supplier Contract models
Prepare a WORKDAY training guide if necessary (particularly focused on Procurement and Supplier Contracts process)

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of WORKDAY ERP – specifically the Procurement / Contract process (up to invoice receipt) – including WORKDAY Workbooks definition, with the ability to adapt a EACOP’s C&P Process to WORKDAY ERP.
Previous experience of WORKDAY PROC Launch deployments and adjustments to C&P processes to suit WORKDAY.
Experience in Oil & Gas industry is desirable but not essential.
Professional experience: approx..10 years of practical experience in WORKDAY Procurement configuration / management / use.
Education: Degree level
