This Builder/Developer is very established and reputable across Northern New South Wales. They have a mix of residentail subdivision projects and commercial projects that they are working on, with a focus on multi-dwelling housing developments.
The office offers a stable and long term career with a growing team and the ability to work and mentor more junior staff as the team expands.
This role can offer an immediate start and requires a Development Manager who has worked across acquisitions to sales/handover on residential housing development sites and who can work autonomously and run projects with minimal supervision.
As the Development Manager you will be responsible for the following:

This role can offer an immediate start and requires a Development Manager who has worked across acquisitions to sales/handover on residential housing development sites and who can work autonomously and run projects with minimal supervision.
As the Development Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- All aspects from property development including Acquisition (due
diligence, feasibility preparation and contract negotiation), - Design and Approvals Management (liaising with consultants, approval authorities, real estate agents etc),
- Marketing (marketing package preparation, supporting sales and leasing agents, contract preparation etc),
- Construction Management and Settlement (tendering, contract negotiation and legal registration and settlement processes).
- Working on the projects throguh to sales
- Project Managment or Engineering Consultancy or from a Development Management role
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in construction, project mangement or engineering
- Experience with running the full lifecycle of a project
- Ability to work Monday to Friday in the head office near the Hunter
- Good remuneration
