With more than 25 years of experience, our client is a leader in building commercial fit out projects. The client is located South of the CBD and has a great reputation within the Construction Industry.
  
Our client is looking for a polished Supervisor or Site Manager to join their team and assist with ongoing/upcoming interior projects.

As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
• Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Requirements to be considered for the Site Manager role:

• A minimum of 2 years Supervising fit out and Refurbishments on projects over the value of 250 thousand dollars
• Drive and focus for career progression
• Broad knowledge of OH&S
• Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
