Senior Sales Estimator - Residential / Australia

They specialize in high-end and custom home building and have their head office located conveniently in Brisbane. They are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Estimator to maintain their work quality and share their values. 

About the role: 

• Preparing sales estimates and post contract variations 
• Providing quotations and pricing support for the sales team
• Producing fixed price quotations
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and accurately 
• Checking documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
• Report to the Estimating Manager 

About you: 

• Experience in estimating high-end, custom built homes
• Good experience in Sales Estimating at a senior level 
• A solid understanding of building standards and an ability to read architectural/engineering drawings
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and proactive approach to your work
• Ability to work in office 5 days per week
