Subcontractor safety)Quality NCR Close out rate, Snag/Punch List Closure, Snag/Punch list items open post Commissioning, Audit reports / Quality WalksCoordinate with transport and sub-contractors on delivery scheduleUpdating status/provide input to project planMonitor Subcontractor team numbers sufficient for executionJob Description.Daily supervision and progressing of installation activities performed by external resources ensuring the fulfilment of project execution (health, safety, quality and time) and contractual obligations by subcontractorPerform initial inventory of received goods and materials (tools, site parts, consumables) and hand-over to subcontractor. Ensure Tools good working order with current calibration certificate.Perform final inventory of the equipment and parts after completion of site worksSupervise installation in compliance with Vestas installation manual and technical specificationsConduct" page-turn" with sub-contractorsPerform final walk downMandatory Requirements.Minimum of 3 year's experience Offshore Installation Supervisor Extensive experience executing large projects Safety trainingGWO BTT + Sea Survival Quality training WTG Installation training's SAP, Microsoft Office Fluent in English (primary or secondary language) Proficiency in contractor / subcontractor HSE management, including mobilization / demobilization, pre-qualification requirements and post-work assessment Experience in conducting inspections and audits, documentation, turbine specific documentation and manual handling
