We are working on an urgent requirement for an Offshore Wind Project Manager for our client based out of either Fukuoka City or Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

Plan the wind power generation projects, discussing relevant issues and promoting projects, with stakeholders to resolve problems in each potential region.
Develop new projects, focussing on technical aspects including cohesion with other Development team members.
Formulation, negotiation, and management of partner policies based on technical background.
Management in all aspects of EPC, including constructing construction plans, selecting manufacturers/engineering companies, negotiations, costs, schedules and construction management.

Requirements:

Experience of technical Project Management in development, construction, O&M and other stages.
Experience in management of internal and external parties. (Based on technical background)
High communication skills to collaborate with members with different languages and backgrounds.
Experience managing complex projects with a strong focus on offshore operations and wind power generations.
Business level English proficiency.
Experience of achieving projects through breakthoughs in new feilds with large project uncertainties.
Native level Japanese proficiency.
