Construction Director / London

We are looking for a Construction Director on behalf of a PMC in central London. Working on a grass roots refinery project at the initial FEED stage, experience in this field is essential.

Scope of work -

• Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
• Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents ‘best value’ for the Owner and their Stakeholders.
• Responsible for the overall management of the PMC Construction teams including Construction Engineers and Construction Supervisors.
• Co-ordinate all Construction activities for the Project.
• Ensure all aspects of Construction work scopes are being effectively managed and performed by EPC / FEED and other Construction Contractors.
• Ensure EPC / FEED and other Construction Contractors are adhering to Project HSSE and Quality standards.
• Ensure PMC Construction personnel are competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of work as identified in the Contract.
