Job Role / ResponsibilitiesThe following are the responsibilities of inside sales and order management:Analyze the client's order book, come up with improvements to deliveries and services, and then work closely with sales to check the payment status to guarantee that orders are delivered on time and to prevent customer delays.Identify problems before they arise for their sales and sales operations teams and provide solutions to increase productivity.Guarantee resource allocation and planning:In close coordination with head office and local stakeholders, overseeing all supply management-related topics, such as production prediction, resource allocation to orders, and order approvalsWeekly sales reporting to General Management (order status, delivery status, and available resource status);Inventory monitoring and available resource management in close collaboration with the Logistics department; * Sales process definition, communication, and continuous improvementManagement and enhancement of CRM and ERP systemsLogistics:Logistics Setup and Delivery Management, which includes vendor benchmarking, negotiation, and selection; setup of the warehouse and the logistics provider; and cost reduction.Inventory management across a number of warehouses in the EMEA region, including keeping track of stock levels and storage space.Using a highly conceptual approach, advancing innovative Warehouse automation and reverse logistics techniques.Reports and analyses on every logistical subjectLocation The role will be based in Munich RequirementsMaster's degree in Business Administration or comparable with at least 10 years work experience in multiple operations disciplinesStrong leadership skills and the ability to lead through people leadersStrong knowledge and skills in MS Office (Excel), Salesforce and SAPFluent in German and English, skills in other languages will be an advantage What We OfferIndependent employment with a globally active company that is experiencing sustained growth.Close collaboration with coworkers from more than 25 countriesFlexible work schedules and hybrid working systems (weekly home office time of 40%)Attractive compensation package plus perks provided by the employer (childcare allowance, public transportation subsidiary, etc.)A pet-friendly workplace with complimentary fruit, coffee, and beverages If you are interested or require further information please send your CV to me in word format with contact details.
