Job Role / ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales strategies for their rapidly expanding business in the residential, commercial, and industrial markets, translate these plans into concrete KPIs, and track performance against goals.Oversee the accomplishment of the sales goals of the +10 experienced, international sales managers while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.Keep in close contact with current, important clients, and cultivate connections with possible new clients.Find and seize new business possibilities to help the targeted business areas expand even faster.Develop and implement a suitable pricing plan for the particular business.Effective coordination with the Sales Operations, Planning, and Logistics departments to guarantee product availability and prompt delivery.Participate actively in the EMEA management team to help shape the entire EMEA organization's strategy.Projections of sales volumes for all goods, services, and distribution channels in the domestic, commercial, and industrial markets.Increase consumer demand for the brand's items.Active involvement in trade shows and conferences that are pertinent to the industry. Location The role will be based in Munich Salary PackageThe salary package consists of 130.000 euros fixed per year+ Bonus+ Company car RequirementsBusiness administration degree, preferably at the master's level.Well-connected in the solar industry with at least 10 years of experience in management positions in sales.Strong technical abilities for both modules and inverters.Expertise in creating sales penetration strategies and programmes and value selling.Be familiar with the objectives that the participants in the various solar industries are pursuing (distributor, medium and big sized installers).Strong knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office programmes (e. g.
