Compliance & Contract Administrator | Civil Construction / Australia

About the Role
The client is a well established, Civil Contractor based in far west Sydney. They have a range of large scale projects across the Sydney with a focus on infrastructure, commercial, and subdivision works.  

Due to expansion in the team, a strong administrator with Compliance, WHS & Contracts Administration experience is required to join the tight-knit, family feel office and lead across;

• Ensuring all WHS standards & compliance is met within all projects, maintaining all legal & contractual requriements
• Conduct SWMS and risk assessments for new projects
• Coordinate jobs with drivers (haulage) and ensure documentation is up to date, including monitoring driver compliance and Heavy Vehicle regulations 
• Liaise with clients and manage communications across emails & phones
• Use of various platforms to ensure permits & regulations are submitted & approved as required 
• Data entry
• Fleet management including logbooks, drivers license checks
• Incident reporting
• Insurance claims

  
About You

• 2-3 years experience within a similar role is required at a minimum
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety is a must
• Highly computer literate, particularly strong with MS Excel
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task & prioritise time 

  
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package up to $90k + superannuation. Onsite parking, family feel office.
