Site Manager - Toowoomba / Australia

The Client
One of Australia's quickly expanding large-scale residential builders is expanding their team in the Toowoomba region. They have a current opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join them to assist in overseeing and managing the Residential side of all builds on this project.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in a similar role 
• A trade background and experience in residential construction
• OH&S qualifications
• QBCC License essential 
• A detailed understanding of the development process from design, approval and construction delivery
• Local industry knowledge and established networks
• Drivers License
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Concept of job ownership
• Located near the Toowoomba region or ability to attend everyday 

About the role
Previous experience with a builder doing gated community projects or multi residential projects is essential.

• Supervision and coordination of all trades, contractors, labourers, equipment 
• Management of all residential construction on project including compliance and quality is up to standard 
• Delegating daily tasks 
• When required, complete contract and project administration duties 
• Communicate with all parties and ensure everyone is well-informed on progress 
• Manage timeframe and budgets for project and troubleshoot/raise concerns when required
