Document Controller / Reading

We have a current opportunity for a Document Controller on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Reading. With substantial Working From Home.

This is in the solar sector.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and ensuring that project documents are kept in the right location and are accessible to internal services.
• This role often involves ensuring that project team members are following the same procedures with regards to documents.
• Checking documents before they are filed and liaising with colleagues to ensure that documents are filed regarding document format and numbering.
• Monitoring and coordinating the project filing and transmittal processes.

Skills and Competencies:

• Work as part of a team of technical professionals with the ability to adapt to project dynamics.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently with good time keeping skills and reliability.

Qualifications and Experience:

• no fixed requirement for qualifications
• IT literacy.
