HR Advisor / Generalist / Australia

Reporting to the HR Manager & Project director, you will be responsible for a wide range of generalist tasks including:

HR Advisor - Major Civil engineering project (Bid phase) 

• Supporting the National bid team
• Help create and foster a high performing workplace culture, that attracts and retains talented employees
• Support development and roll out of programs focused on improving engagement and people experience
• Build strong and effective working relationships with operational and leadership teams 
• Review, development and implementation of all policies, processes and procedures
• Provision of generalist advice
• Interpretation of industrial tools
• Raising employment contracts and amendments of employment terms and conditions
• Provision of HR metrics and reporting
• Provision of ongoing commitment to a proactive, high performance culture through inclusion and diversity

They are seeking a hands on HR generalist who, ideally has worked on the bid phase of a major construction project. The nature of the project and scale of the bid will ensure a consistent work load and challenges throughout the bid journey. 

This role is suited to someone who is happy to get their hands dirty and do what it takes to complete the task in hand. 

Following the initial contract term, a permanent role with our client could be offered.
