The client is currently recruiting for the position of Completions and Interventions Supervisor, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* HSE&A Management: Ensure that all HSE&A related matters are managed in accordance with company's policies and standards, and that the OIM is aware of all company's HSE&A requirements and expectations.
* Attend and contribute to all offshore Safety Meetings.
* Ensure that all incident reports are submitted at the correct time, as specified in the company's Incident and Investigation Reporting Procedure.
* Assist with the investigation and close-out of all incidents, as directed by the Completions, Interventions and Xmas Trees and Wellheads Team Lead.
* Ensure that findings and lessons learnt from all relevant incident reports are communicated to offshore contractor personnel.
* Ensure that the requirements specified in the Combined Operations, SIMOPS and Bridging Documents are adhered to.
* Ensure that the Well Services Contractor conducts all operations in accordance with company's policies and standards.
* Ensure that the Well Services Contractor is aware of the well objectives and contents of the Completion, Workover or Well Intervention Programme, and that all operations are conducted in a manner which will deliver these objectives.
* Supervise and manage Service Company offshore personnel.
* Ensure that the data required to conduct cost monitoring onshore is supplied.
* Approve Well Services Contractor additional expenditure, as specified in the contract.
* Completion, Workover and Well Intervention Programme: Ensure that the Well Services Contractor and offshore Service Company personnel are aware of the Completion, Workover or Well Intervention Programme requirements, and provide guidance and procedures for the execution of the Programme.
* Daily and Well Data Reporting: Ensure that all the required Daily and Well (i.e. pressure test, etc.) Reports are supplied to the onshore Team.
* Material Supply: Liaise with the Logistics Coordinator, to ensure that boat and helicopter requirements are understood. Ensure that all materials and equipment is delivered to the wellsite in sufficient time to be prepared for use without a delay to operations.
Monitor stock levels of critical materials and ensure that minimum stocking levels are maintained in accordance with company's policies and standards.
* Personnel Movements: Ensure that all Service Company personnel are requested prior to the start of the relevant operation.
* Statutory Notifications, Permits and Consents: Ensure compliance with all DECC consents and permits.
Ensure compliance with all HSE notifications.
* Well Examination: Ensure that the Well Examination requirements are complied with in full.
* Management of Change Process: When operations deviate from the Programme, ensure that the Completions and Interventions Engineer is informed, and that a Programme Amendment is received prior to proceeding.
Ensure that all deviations and Programme Amendments are communicated to all relevant offshore personnel, and that the appropriate offshore risk assessments are conducted prior to beginning an amended operation.
* Operations Preparation: When appropriate, conduct an offshore meeting prior to the start of operations.
* End of Well Reporting: Ensure that all well status diagrams and well handover certificates are prepared and issued.
* Work with the OIM to ensure that all personnel are aware of their responsibilities.
* Liaise with the Completions and Interventions Engineer, to ensure the forward planning is applied to all areas of the operation.
* Ensure that lessons learnt from previous well operations are applied to current well activities.
* Ensure that the Well Services Contractor is applying their Competence Assurance system at the wellsite.



Experience & Qualifications:
* Achieved certification in specific training courses, including:
* IWCF Well control
* Risk assessment
* Hazard assessment
* Leadership skills, including leadership training courses
