Senior project manager - Build to rent / Australia

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a $250m Build to rent project in the Western Suburbs. 

The client have broken been praised for their unwavering commitment to their employees mental health with a focus on 5 day work weeks, flexible work conditions and achieving a 60% to 40% split female to male across the business. 

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in Victoria, having previously delivered complex projects in the tier one / top tier space over $80m. 

Reporting to the construction director you will play the lead role in the delivery of this multi tower project. 

The client also boast a pipeline of work across health, defence, pharma, hospitality, commercial and apartments stretching in to mid 2024.
