Identification and development of photovoltaic projects ? Analysis and preparation of decision documents for investment decisions. ? Control and optimisation of project budgets, targets, schedules and deliveries of assigned development projects ? Presentation of project proposals internally and to authorities to obtain their approval ? Negotiating and assisting in the drafting of lease, use, design and urban development contracts with landowners and authorities ? Determining the need for planning documents (map material, list of owners, etc.) and commissioning their procurement and ultimately their analysis or evaluation ? Establishment of the project structure, coordination of the temporal project planning ? Coordination with the specialist departments and management of commercial and technical project matters Your qualifications: ? Successfully completed studies in the field of renewable energies or comparable training ? Many years of experience in the field of photovoltaics ? Sound knowledge of project management as well as a commercial, technical and legal understanding of projects ? Confident handling of MS Office programs ?
