Job Title: Installation Manager Country: Denmark Start Date: December 2022 Duration: 12 Months Employment Type: Freelance**please note working schedule is Monday - Friday, 37 hours a week**Summary. As the Installation Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of the offshore installation activities and will be navigating amongst multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, high quality and timely execution. A typical work day in offshore wind is characterized by continuous change making for a very versatile and innovative work environment Job Description. * Offshore wind turbine installation management scope in our EPCO organisation within the client * Advising commercial tenders for future installation vessel spread setups, including by analysing modelling concepts, as well as evaluating and making recommendations * Representing installation in wind turbine procurement in the engineering phase * Helping to select installation vessel suppliers, in order to achieve safe and high quality outcomes during the execution phase * Assisting asset projects as required to manage the contractors and suppliers who install our wind turbines * Sharing and implementing scope recommendations and lessons learnt with current and future project teams Mandatory training requirements. * Technical qualification to degree level or equivalent in mechanical engineering or naval architecture or similar * Previous experience in executing offshore wind farm projects is desirable, other experience can be considered for the right individual * Good knowledge of offshore construction vessels (particularly WTIVs) is desirable, a deeper understanding of vessel design and architecture is advantageous. * Previous experience in WTG offshore installation manager or similar role is desirable * Good general IT skills in applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc. plus a willingness and ability to learn new bespoke applications * Construction safety awareness * Willingness to travel maybe an advantage * Willingness to relocate to Taiwan maybe an advantage
