We are on a lookout for an HSSE Project Manager for a Renewable client in UAE.

Qualification and skills required:

Bachelors degree in engineering/science, preferably related to occupational health & safety
Certified Project Management Professional
NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
ISO certified Internal/Lead Auditor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic/ Urdu/ Hindi speaking skills preferred.
Construction and operational plant site experience. Site auditing experience mandatory.
Planning and running HSSE communications campaign experience mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office suite of applications, including Microsoft Project.
Well rounded experience in both project and corporate background

Job Scope:

Closely and diligently track implementation progress of overall project elements, including each sub-action, using project management tools. Update line manager and other relevant stakeholders on progress on a daily basis. Identify bottlenecks and initiate action to remedy.
Schedule and run meetings between various internal stakeholders and external consultants relevant to each action. Appropriately minute meetings.
Arrange and visit planned construction and operational plant sites to track and verify actions implementation. Appropriately document this.
Prepare presentations and communication material highlighting project actions work. Coordinate with relevant company departments to disseminate this. Present this to higher management in meetings.
Execute adhoc tasks related to project elements and related special initiatives, as directed by line manager.
