Environment Scientist/Advisor
Reporting into the technical director for environment for projects across Australia your function will be to be providing a key role in the function of projects engineering and consulting into the Water, mining, major infrastructure, and construction sectors.

Technical Capabilities:
Reporting into the technical director for environment for projects across Australia your function will be to be providing a key role in the function of projects engineering and consulting into the Water, mining, major infrastructure, and construction sectors.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Experience and knowledge of environmental permitting on projects in Australia
- Experience performing environmental submissions on water/construction/mining projects
- Can follow direction and work autonomously to complete the tasks assigned.
- Effectively manages costs within team’s business area including participation financial analysis & cost benefit assessments.
- Strong active listening & interpersonal skills for rapport building, conflict resolution & mentoring to junior staff.
- Able to mentor and manage graduate environment advisors/engineers

Technical Capabilities:
- Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Chemistry or related field.
- 3 + years' experience within environmental assessment
- Strong analytical, reporting and verbal communication skills.
- A client service focus with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Valid/ current driver's license.
