Job Title: Commissioning Supervisor Country: JapanDuration: 12 MonthsEmployment Type: Freelance Summery.Wind Commissioning Supervisors are responsible for initial start-up and operation the manufactures wind turbines. Acting as part of a team to achieve safe and efficient operation following satisfactory turnover from the manufactures designated construction contractor.Perform the initial start-up on the turbine. Synchronise turbine to the grid and prepare it for normal operations, work is 80% Electrical, 20% Mechanical.Job Description.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesVerify that the work is completed in compliance with customer's requirementsDocument all work performedFollow all assigned Environmental, Health and Safety proceduresSupervise the construction of wind turbinesPerform installation inspection of completed turbinesTrouble Shoot Turbine and Fault FindReport policy or procedure violationTroubleshoot mechanical problemsSubmit progress reportsLiaise with internal and external customersPerform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust have and able to provide manufacture approved CommissioningOperate tools, equipment, instruments.Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting.Synchronize turbine to the grid and prepare it for normal operationsTrainingLOTOPitchConverterDigital Systems:GWO BST
